DECLARAȚIE DE ASUMARE A CALITĂȚII DE MEMBRU ACTIV CND-AISBL

Eu, subsemnatul, identificat prin numărul de telefon completat automat mai jos, în calitate de membru activ al Club Nautique du Danube (CND-AISBL), declar prin prezenta că:

1. Am luat cunoștință, am înțeles în întregime și accept necondiționat Statutul Asociației, cu toate drepturile și obligațiile ce decurg din dobândirea și menținerea calității de membru activ.
2. Îmi asum în mod expres și integral toate dispozițiile prevăzute la Articolele 6 și 7 din Statut, consimțind ca raportul juridic dintre mine și Asociație să fie guvernat exclusiv de prevederile statutare pe întreaga durată a calității mele de membru activ.

DECLARATION OF ASSUMPTION OF ACTIVE MEMBER STATUS CND-AISBL

1. I have read, fully understood, and unconditionally accept the Association's Statute, along with all rights and obligations arising from acquiring and maintaining active member status.
2. I expressly and fully assume all provisions set forth in Articles 6 and 7 of the Statute, consenting that the legal relationship between myself and the Association shall be governed exclusively by the statutory provisions throughout the entire duration of my active membership.
